Role Overview: The GIABChair® is the ultimate certification in the ABLE Program and is also a 4-hour intensive course. It is designed for those who have completed the prior levels and are ready to take on the highest leadership role within an advisory board. The Chair is responsible for onboarding enterprises, developing joint enterprise charters, and analyzing growth capabilities. This role requires extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and governance, and it is pivotal in steering advisory boards towards achieving their strategic objectives and ensuring alignment with GRAB’s mission. As a GRAB-accredited certified Chair, participants will lead advisory boards with the authority and insight necessary to drive organizational success.
