Role Overview: The GRABM® role is the foundational course within the GRAB Advisory Board Leadership Executive (ABLE) Program. This 4-hour intensive course introduces participants to the advisory ecosystem, its evolution, and GRAB’s Practice: Excellence in Application™—a comprehensive framework that combines best practices with a fit-for-purpose approach to advisory roles. Through this course, participants gain essential knowledge and skills to navigate advisory boards effectively and understand the ongoing evolution of the advisory landscape. Additionally, participants learn how they can contribute as a GRAB-accredited certified Advisor, playing a vital role in steering organizations towards strategic growth and innovation.
